📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cash flow projections.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with business objectives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor junior finance team members.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
