📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and analyze F&B costs to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Track inventory levels and procurement costs using SAP and Excel.
- Develop and implement cost control policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with culinary and operational teams to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide regular cost control reports to management.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in cost management or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
