As a Dessert Staff / Service Crew, you'll be the heart of our kitchen, preparing and serving delicious desserts while ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service. You'll work closely with our team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and use tools like QSR Pro and Toast POS to manage orders efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of desserts to guests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Use QSR Pro and Toast POS to manage orders and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily targets.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in stock management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Dessert Staff or Service Crew, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with QSR Pro and Toast POS is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
