📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including selecting menus, arranging seating, and managing guest lists.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring that all equipment and decorations are in place and properly maintained.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages for banquet events, working closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that all items are prepared to the highest standards.,Assist in the greeting and seating of guests, ensuring that they are comfortable and have all of their needs met.,Assist in the cleanup and disposal of banquet facilities, ensuring that all waste and debris are properly disposed of and that the facility is left clean and tidy.,Assist in the preparation of banquet reports and other documentation, ensuring that all information is accurate and complete.,Assist in the training and supervision of other banquet staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Assist in the development and implementation of banquet policies and procedures, ensuring that they are in line with company standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event planning, catering, or hospitality is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic computer software and equipment.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
