📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for raw materials and other procurement needs.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the procurement process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or sourcing roles.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in the rubber or manufacturing industry is a plus.
