📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Section Head in managing and leading a team of professionals.,Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Coordinate and oversee daily operations and activities.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Prepare and present reports to the Section Head and other relevant parties.,Assist in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures.
