Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage and train retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service,Monitor and maintain store inventory levels,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management,Participate in store promotions and special events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Proficiency in using retail management software,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong customer service orientation
