Salon Jaya Sembako is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Kuta, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocking as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store transactions and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and inventory management systems.,Understanding of customer service best practices.,Experience in a similar role in a grocery or retail environment is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
