As a Claims Reimbursement Officer, you'll be responsible for processing and verifying medical expense claims, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursements to our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify medical expense claims accurately and efficiently
- Utilize our in-house claims management system and other relevant software to streamline the claims process
- Collaborate with the claims team to resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the claims process
- Ensure timely and accurate reimbursement of medical expenses to our clients
- Maintain and update client records and files
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients, answering their queries and addressing their concerns
- Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- 3-5 years of experience in claims processing or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with claims management software and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
- Certification in claims processing or a related field is a plus
