📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the company in dealings with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.,Lead and participate in corporate initiatives and projects, contributing to the company's overall success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and employees.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with accounting and financial management principles and practices.,Knowledge of and experience with business operations in Indonesia is a plus.
