In this role, you will assist the head nurse in providing quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the healthcare facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering excellent patient care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support.,Perform basic nursing tasks such as wound care, dressing changes, and catheter care.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications as directed by the head nurse.,Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to the head nurse.,Assist in the maintenance of patient records and documentation.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a high standard of patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse or in a similar healthcare role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic medical terminology and procedures.,Professional and empathetic attitude towards patients and colleagues.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
