📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist retail managers and sales consultants in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Support the organization of retail events, promotions, and displays to enhance product visibility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English, with good communication skills in both languages.
