📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support our company's objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and workshops.
  • Monitor the progress of our employees and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and instructors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
