As a key member of our luxury hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in our kitchens. In this role, you will be responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchens are spotless and ready for the next shift. You will also assist in bussing tables, preparing the dining areas for the next service, and contributing to a seamless dining experience for our guests. With a salary range of Rp 22000 - Rp 25000 per bulan, this is a rewarding opportunity for someone looking to start their career in hospitality or gain valuable experience in a luxury setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Washing, drying, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment using commercial dishwashing machines and hand tools.
• Assisting in bussing tables, clearing dining areas, and preparing for the next service.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Following health and safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaborating with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth operations and a seamless dining experience.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Reporting any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the kitchen manager.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role, preferably as a dishwasher or bussing staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
