Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting using tools like QuickBooks and Excel.
Oversee HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and HR management roles.
Certifications in financial management or HR (e.g., CPA, CHRP) are a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks, Excel, and HRIS systems.
