📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and Oracle systems.
• Ensure the timely restocking and ordering of pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, and other supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to meet their supply needs while adhering to strict inventory protocols.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Handle and store pharmaceuticals and medical supplies safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the healthcare store.
• Provide excellent customer service to healthcare providers and patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare inventory management or a related role.
• Certification in pharmacy inventory management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
