As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register and work area.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.,Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and services.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of basic arithmetic and financial transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.,Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
