As an IT Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and independently.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical skills: Knowledge of IT infrastructurehardwaresoftwareand networking.Soft skills: Excellent problem-solvingcommunicationand interpersonal skills.Certifications: CompTIA A+Network+or Security+ certifications are a plus.
