Moon Space Mandiri is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for clear, concise, and accurate communication. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Pontianak or from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with software developers to ensure technical accuracy.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Review and edit technical content for clarity and accuracy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content.,Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Ensure all technical documentation is compliant with company standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with technical documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
