📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate department.,Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized state.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle mail and packages, and assist with courier services if necessary.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Assist with event planning and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,English proficiency is a plus.
