PT Anugerah Pancaran is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our finance team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounting department, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Prepare and manage the annual budget and forecast.,Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
