Bloom Camp Indonesia is seeking a Lead Admin Finance to oversee the financial operations of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a keen eye for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain financial records and documents.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.,Oversee the accounting and financial operations of the organization.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Coordinate with external auditors and financial advisors as needed.,Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.,Provide financial support and guidance to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software and financial analysis tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and standards.
