📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure high performance and professional development.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian business culture and practices is a plus.
