Puskesmas Maya Spareparts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Kitchen Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and safety of food, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This is a full-time position located in Samarinda. The salary range for this role is Rp 25.000.000 – Rp 33.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Prepare and maintain food cost reports and budgets.,Participate in kitchen equipment maintenance and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen management or similar roles.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience with inventory management and budgeting.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and maintenance.,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
