📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry department, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to recipes.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to meet customer demands and trends.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to maintain and improve departmental standards.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients and supplies.,Collaborate with the kitchen manager and other departments to ensure seamless food service operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food handling standards.,Monitor costs and profitability of pastry items, and make recommendations for improvements.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a pastry chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a pastry department.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and food science.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Valid food handler's certificate and any relevant certifications.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
