As a Lead QC Inspector, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process, training and mentoring junior inspectors, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control process for all products,Inspect products for defects, inconsistencies, and compliance with company standards,Train and mentor junior inspectors,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and quality issues,Work closely with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions,Ensure that quality control processes are continuously improved

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or inspection in the food or beverage industry,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with quality control software and tools,Proven track record of ensuring product quality and consistency,Ability to travel to different locations as needed
