📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage a team of supervisors, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.,Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or service industry.,Proven leadership and management skills with a strong focus on team development.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
