📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key hiring partners, including recruiters, headhunters, and industry networks.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to identify the best fit for our organization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment between talent acquisition efforts and overall HR strategy.,Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring in a competitive market.,Strong understanding of recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics.
