Salon Indra Kebab is seeking a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and skills.,Identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
