📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the hotel's staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure alignment with the hotel's goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements in recruitment.,Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
