📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordination, and record-keeping.,Assisting in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.,Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.,Maintaining and updating administrative databases and files.,Supporting the HR department with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining applicant records.,Assisting in the organization of office supplies and ensuring the workplace is clean and tidy.,Providing administrative support to the finance team, including invoice processing and expense reports.,Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related fields.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with basic accounting software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
