Bright Zone Group is looking for a dedicated Outlet Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the business. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Bantul.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the store inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.,Provide excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of the store for customers.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work remotely and adhere to company policies.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
