Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.Proven track record of successful hiring and onboarding.Strong understanding of recruitment tools and software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Fluency in both English and Indonesian.🛠️ Keahlian
