Hotel Cahya Kebab is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Barista to join our team in Canggu. As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.,Maintain and operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.,Ensure the coffee shop is clean and organized, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.,Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and handling complaints.,Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee preparation and customer service.,Assist in inventory management and ordering coffee beans and supplies.,Participate in coffee tastings and product development.,Work during peak hours and weekends, including holidays.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with coffee beans and their characteristics.,Ability to work during peak hours and weekends.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
