📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Identifying and analyzing risks and vulnerabilities within the organization.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff.,Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
