📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees and end-users,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and problems,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure,Provide training and support to new employees,Work with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of our systems,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security,Experience with a variety of IT systems and software,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
