📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care and ensuring patient safety and comfort.,Assessing and monitoring patients' health status and administering necessary treatments.,Managing a team of nurses, including scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, and providing coaching and support.,Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.,Participating in continuous education and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse or equivalent.,Certification in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).,Proven experience in managing a team of nurses and providing leadership.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
