Tanggung Jawab:
Manage a portfolio of US tax clients, ensuring compliance with US tax laws and regulations.Prepare and file US federal and state tax returns, including individual, corporate, and partnership returns.Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, helping them to minimize their tax liabilities and maximize their tax benefits.Stay up-to-date with changes in US tax laws and regulations, and provide training and support to junior staff members.Work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of tax returns and other tax-related services.Maintain and update client files, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.Provide excellent customer service to clients, communicating clearly and professionally at all times.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our tax services and processes.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in US tax accounting, with a strong understanding of US federal and state tax laws and regulations.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification, or equivalent.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Experience with tax software and systems, such as QuickBooks, TaxCut, or UltraTax.Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.🛠️ Keahlian
