📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, cost estimates, and quantity surveys.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare accurate reports.
• Support project managers in the estimation and valuation of construction projects.
• Assist in the preparation of bills of quantities and schedules of rates.
• Maintain and update project files and records using relevant software.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in site inspections and provide feedback on project progress.
• Assist in the preparation of progress claims and payment certificates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of construction measurement and cost estimation principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and practices.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
