📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and company goals.,Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales team to forecast production needs and adjust plans accordingly.,Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the production process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities and performance metrics.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production planning software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical environment is a plus.
