🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance claims processing or a similar role in healthcare.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
- Certification in insurance claims processing or related healthcare certifications is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian healthcare insurance policies and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with SIMRS and other healthcare billing software is a plus.
